RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES POLICY
By shopping at http://www.homeshoppingbox.com you agree to our Returns and Exchanges policy and are bound to follow it in the event of return regardless of the circumstances. Returns need to be made within 7 days of receipt of the item with USPS tracking, anything beyond that cannot be returned.

Please note that all sales on homeshoppingbox.com should be considered final sale and no cancellations of orders will be permitted, it is our express intent to discourage returns all items are mailed to the on file address and can only be returned with our permission and sole discretion.

EXCHANGES
Although HOMESHOPPINGBOX does not charge buyers shipping separate from the cost of the item paid by the buyer in the event of an exchange, the Buyer must subtract the shipping cost incurred by HOMESHOPPINGBOX in sending the item to the buyer as well the buyer is fully responsible in paying for the shipping of the returned item back to HOMESHOPPINGBOX. The rates of shipping that HOMESHOPPINGBOX are charged is 25 USD which is non-refundable.
